My favorite food is rawfoood in meet and fish. Korean name is Hoe(회) and row beef is Yukhoe(육회) It`s very delicious. Taste so good. Sometime, My mother said me "You must marry fishman or farmer." Just joke. but I love so mush. :) Hoe and Yukhoe is very expensive. and I eat Hoe and Yukhoe to special time.Donghae is famous for Hoe. Last summer, UI went to Donghae with my mother. she bought lunch for me. Rightly we ate a Hoe. U was soooooo happy. :-)
My favorite meat shop sell a raw beef(Yukhoe). very fresh. someone hate Yukheo. because they think that Eating a Yukhoe is disgusting. when I heard. Then I`m so angry. this foood is just food. That is enough.

I don't like raw fish. I tried raw horse when I was in Jeju Island. It had a nice sauce so it was okay. I like cooked meat better.
I love raw fish I love sushi I love seafood and meat......(yeah what is not)
I think I have no experience eat great quality yukhoe. You know yukhoe must be using high quality meat but I watched on TV, they says many restaurant using not really good meat.
